Delivery & Shipping
1. What are the delivery modes?
- Normal mail – FREE
- Registered mail – Fixed flat rate of $2.50
- Door-to-door courier – Fixed flat rate of $6 per trip -- Waived (FREE) for orders $100 and above
2. How long does it take to receive my orders?
- Normal mails usually take 1-3 working days from the date of mailing, if there are no unexpected delays from SingPost.
- Registered Mail usually take 2-3 working days from the date of mailing, and is highly recommended as we do not take responsibility for lost normal mails.
- Door to door courier service is at a highly subsidised flat rate of $6, and is recommended for urgent orders as it takes only 1-2 working days. The courier service is totally FREE for orders of $100 and above.
All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment received.
For local orders:
The average time our buyers take to receive their orders is 2-5 working days from the date of payment
For international orders:
The average time our buyers take to receive their orders is 4-7 working days from date of payment.
3. Can I request for Self Collection?
Yes. We do meet up at our address only
100% full pre-payment is required for self collection
3. What kind of shipping method do you deliver my order?
We generally ship via DPEX or EMS (whichever is lower), unless buyer indicates a specific shipping company such as UPS - DHL - FEDEX
We can also arrange to send your order to your forwarder and from there they ship to you.
To prevent shipping disputes and misunderstanding, we will only ship using a reputable shipping company that provides tracking number ( and therefore cannot send orders via normal air mail where there is no tracking number)
4. How do I know the exact shipping charges?
For overseas order, shipping rate will not be calculated automatically upon checkout. This is because we will help you save cost by doing price comparison of at least 2 shipping companies. The final payment due, inclusive of the least shipping charges, will be sent via email after an order has been placed. You can proceed to make payment via paypal after receiving the invoice email that details the shipping charges.
Please note that we do not mark-up or profit from shipping cost at all.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the parcel weight, destination and day to day fuel charges.
On Average, 1 piece of ladies apparel =2 pieces of children apparel / accessories
1 peice of ladies apparel = 2 pieces of accessories
3 pieces of ladies apparel = 1 ladies' bag
