PURCHASE GUIDELINES
1. Do I need to register in order to purchase?
Preferably yes, as it will allow you to enjoy member's benefit, but we are also glad to accept Email orders via sales@bzhappymama.com too !
2. How do I register an account?
Registration is free of charge and it will not take more than 5 minutes of your time.
Simply go to “My account” on the top right-hand side, and click “create an account”
3. What are the benefits of registration?

4. What if I forget my password?

5. How do I change information in my account profile?
Simply Sign-in to your account and you are able to change/update your profile.
6. Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept both Master and Visa Credit and Debit Cards via PayPal.
We recommend (internet/ATM) funds transfer for local orders, as this will do away with extra cost incurred, thereby allowing us to pass the savings to you.
7. Do I need a PayPal account to pay?
No.
You do not need a PayPal account to pay for your orders.
8. Will my information be kept private?
Yes!
We will have no information relating to your credit card details.
PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems.
When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with us.
Please note that you do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card via PayPal.
9. What other payment methods do you accept?
We accept Payment Policy for Internet Banking or Bank Transfer (via ATM)
Internet Banking or Bank Transfer is only applicable for local payment.
As we carry only limited pieces of each item to maintain exclusivity, please make payment ASAP upon placing an order. We reserve the right to drop your order if payment is not received within 48 hours.

10. Am I able to change my order?
Once an order has been placed and payment has been made, we are unable to make any changes to the order including cancellations.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
1. Can you provide more information about your product quality?
Unlike most online stores that do pre-orders without prior screening of actual apparel and sell only based on visual appeal of magazine pictures copied from other websites, Bzhappymama sells 100% ready stocks, and every single piece goes to stringent check prior to being put up for sale. On the other hand, We seek buyers to be reasonable in their expectations also. Buyers who tend to be very picky are not advised to do online shopping. They may wish to consider dropping by our place to view the actual pieces before buying. There can be no perfect or first class apparel at such low pricing, but buyers can be assured of reasonably good ones. Those that fail the quality check are thrown out. Those of exceptionally good quality for that given price ($28) are categorized under ‘Premium Dress’, while the rest (reasonably good ones) are sold at standardized pricing of $23 for dress, $19 for tops.
We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and have consistently achieved our targeted return customer's benchmark of at least 80%. While we recognize that it is impossible to please every buyer, we are grateful to have done something right along the way that keeps at least 80% of our customers happy enough to make repeat orders from us!
2. Do you allow buyer to see the actual pieces before buying?
Surprisingly, yes!
We are confident of our product overrall satisfaction matching our tiny price tag, hence we go the extra mile by allowing buyers to drop by our home based store (North-West) to SEE AND TRY the actual pieces before buying. We are proud to say we could possibly be the first online store that provides such a service to ensure full customer satisfaction. Buyers who are keen to drop by need to email us for appointment and provide the following:
(I) Name and Contact number
(ii) Preferred Date/ time + an alternative date/time
(III) List of items that you are keen (So that we can display them out and set aside specially for you, prior to your arrival)
(iv) No. of guests
We will reply within 24 hours to confirm your appointment, together with our address.
3. I have seen the same pictures on other websites and the prices are lower than your website, WHY?
You may have seen the same pictures in other websites where the pricing are cheaper, but we would like to advise that many websites are using the same pictures to re-produce the same pattern of garments, but the quality and workmanship isoften inferior as most re-sellers themselves have not even seen the actual pieces. (Pre-orders)
They sell solely based on magazine pictorial appeal, but we put a price tag to our items only AFTER we have inspected each piece's overrall quality. As such, please do not compare our prices with other online stores.
4. What happens when an item I ordered is out of stock?
Due to fast stock turnover, there may be events that the item you have ordered is unavailable after payment. This usually happens when 2 buyers concurrently place an order for last piece apparel. For items that will be re-stocked, we will deliver available items in your order to you first, and re-stocked item will be sent to you once available. No additional shipping fee will be charge for such situation. If item is totally out of stock, we will refund the full amount to your account. You can use the balance in your account to purchase other items.
We regret that in order to keep our fashion range updated, most of the time, out of stock items will not be re-stocked, except when the 2 conditions are met:
(I) There are excessive requests to re-stock that item
(ii) It is still available at supplier's end
5. Are all your merchandise immediately available (in-stock)?
Yes!
We do 100% ready stocks. However, to maintain exclusivity, we only bring in limited pieces of each design and will only re-stock popular items on a case by case basis.
6. Do you have a physical catalogue?
No.
As our stock turnover rate is much faster than the rate we can print/update our catalogue, we do not have a physical catalogue. Our online catalogue is essentially what is displayed in our website.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
1. I have received a defective item, can I do an exchange?
Our items have been carefully selected to meet your satisfaction. However, should the item you have ordered possess any manufacturer-default, we will proceed with the exchange of your purchase. We only accept returns on unmendable defective merchandises subjected to exchange within 7 days of delivery.
2. Can I make an exchange for issues such as sizing / cutting / slight discolouration/ item differ slightly from pictures?
No.
All measurements and sizes are displayed clearly on each apparel's description page. We have also included a Size Guide. On top of that, we have already gone the extra mile by allowing buyers to drop by our place for non-obligatory viewing (& trying!) of apparels to ensure customer satisfaction. As such, please understand why we cannot refund or perform exchanges for delivered apparels which do not fit customer's size, and any reason related to personal dislike, or expectations.
3. How should the exchange be done?
Customers must liaise with us via e-mail for all exchanges at sales@bzhappymama.com, together with an accompanied close-up picture that shows the defect clearly.
After which, Please return to us the item with our ORIGINAL TAG, UNDAMAGED and UN-WORN within 7 days in the SAME CONDITION as it was sent to you.
We will either send you a new piece, or give u a full credit refund into your account. (Strictly no cash refund)
Please note that exchanges can only be made once, and purchaser bears costs of return mail.
