Simple Purchasing Steps

 Step 1 : Create an account with Bzhappymama

 Step 2 : Login as a member

 Step 3 : Select products from our list and add them onto your shopping cart.

 TIPS: Alternatively, if you can’t make up your mind immediately, you could select the desired items and put them under "WISH LIST”. From there, you could decide which are the items you would like to make the final purchase and send it to “Add to Shopping Bag” followed by “Checkout”

 Step 4 : When done shopping, press [Checkout]

 TIPS: When you are viewing the item(s) in your Checkout page, you may adjust quantities in your cart and then click on the “Update” to recalculate the modified order. You may also remove item(s) by clicking on X icon.

 Step 5 : Do take some time to check/ update your address before clicking on “Next” button. Choose shipping method and payment method. 

 Step 6: For payments via internet banking:

Open another browser and pay via internet banking then go back to payment page and indicate in the remarks column the details of your transactions.

 If you wish to make payment at a later time (via atm), you may proceed with checkout first, and then email us the payment details after you have made payment. You can do so by replying to an order confirmation that will be sent to you immediately, upon successful checkout.

Payment Policy

 All payment must be made in full within 24 hours of order, otherwise orders will be dropped

 Due to fast stock turnover, please make payment ASAP upon receiving invoice email, so as to minimize chances of item out of stock.

 As cost of normal mail is FREE, and cost of registered mail at a flat rate of $2.50, local buyers need NOT wait for invoice/confirmation email before making payment.

Local buyers are advised to make payment via internet banking  while concurrently placing online order.

Afterwhich, pls indicate in the remarks column the details of your transactions, prior to checking out. This will help us greatly in ensuring a smooth operation and minimise chances of linking payment with wrong order.

 If you wish to make payment at a later time (via atm), you may proceed with checkout first, and then email us the payment details after you have made payment. You can do so by replying to an order confirmation that will be sent to you immediately, upon successful checkout, or send us an email directly at sales@bzhappymama.com. Pls indicate your order number in the subject heading.

 Overseas buyers would need to wait for email invoice for exact shipping charges.

We would appreciate ALL LOCAL BUYERS to opt for interbank transfer over PayPal, in order to help us keep operating costs low and thereby pass the savings back to you! THANK U :)

 Alternatively, you can indicate 'paypal' in the remarks columm when checking out, and we will send you a paypal invoice. You may make payment after receiving our paypal invoice

 Upon receival of funds, items will be packed and mailed out within 1-3 working days.

All payment must be made in Singapore dollars.
